Story: PYR0D-337 — Firstmate away mode: stop false "supervisor broken" alarms and the reaped in-session daemon

The away-mode watchdog no longer alarms on status-file silence when every live task is in a declared wait (paused, needs-decision, captain-held, or done with a registered merge poll). It still alarms on a working-but-silent task or a dead daemon or watcher. Regression tests cover all three.
For a Claude primary, /afk now launches the supervisor in its own hidden terminal when herdr or tmux is available. The in-session background job was being reaped about hourly. The native path remains only where no terminal backend exists. Docs and skill updated (captain D115 A).

Validation pipeline passed.
